Please download .mo file from here – https://github.com/OlgaBarlow/Translation-of-Xstore-theme/blob/master/Xstore/de_DE/xstore-de_DE.mo https://gyazo.com/bb996a0b1eb3d735aeacf63ebefe27f9 and upload it into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder via FTP. Install Loco translate plugin, go to LC > Themes > XStore > you will see your language translation > click to open, the xstore-de_DE.po will be generated automatically. Click Sync > Save, and then continue translation manually. Let us know if you need any further assistance
