Hello,
This type of mobile menu uses Ajax to get the menu items. So, its speed depends on the server response time and optimized structure of your DB. We can’t speed it up from our side. If you don’t like that effect and can’t increase the server response time then choose the different type http://prntscr.com/viogfr These types do not use Ajax and load the menu items from start.
