1/ Update the theme to 8.0.4 version – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin to 4.0.4 https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update , then check the menu 2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then. 3/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed. If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows
