1) I replaced the element that you used on the My account page with the default WooCommerce shortcode https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-7 and there is no warning message there.
2) Contact your hosting provide and ask if they block any outgoing connections/requests. Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with Instagram in more detail.
