Hello,
Sold by displays before the short description because we used woocommerce_single_product_summary hook to display seller. If you want to display it another place you can add appropriate code to child theme functions.php and create a custom shortcode and use that shortcode and HTML block element to display it in another place https://nayemdevs.com/show-vendor-name-single-product-page-dokan-multivendor-plugin/
