Have you changed wp-admin access? Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://gyazo.com/729c4d31fd9f7c972dbe85fc6630ecd9 , then watch this video – https://youtu.be/7QluEYxznKs (on the video WPBakery was used to create the content of static blocks, in your case, it is Elementor)
