Please read this article – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation , create a translation for the theme and Core plugin.
Install and activate Wishlist plugin via XStore > Plugins Installer, then check settings of the plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/102-wishlist
Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart and other elements > edit titles.
