I installed and used the AMP version and I think it looks quite good and I liked that I had more control over design than other AMP plugins. Though I had some issues.
1) The AMP version does not take over completely the usual mobile version, but only sometimes. It seems that it must be ON/OFF button somewhere. I couldn’t understand the pattern of why it happens so.
I check PageSpeed Insights many times and it also shows sometimes the AMP version and sometimes the mobile version.
2) How can I change the “Buy now” button in the AMP version – Single product page. I would Like to change the text to “Köp” (Swedish)? Maybe update the translation file?
3) Google Search Console sent me an email saying that there are 2 problems with my AMP page:
– There is a script tag in the AMP component, but it is not used.
– An HTML tag contains the same attribute that is repeated multiple times.
And that’s why the AMP website can not be shown in Google search. I don’t have any clue how to fix it 🙂
4) There are no “My account” or “Wishlist” icons or links somewhere and no such options on the backend.
5) One more question about the desktop version. I wonder how can I change the spacing btw drop-menu elements and divide them into several columns? I tried through Appearance > Menus > 8themes Category options. But it worked only for Mega Menu
