Hello,
1) If you want to use Infinite loading then make sure that you set correct selectors in the plugin settings https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/65-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings
2) If you want to have default pagination then go to Plugins > disable and remove WooCommerce Infinite loading plugin.
