1) One-page menu for the Mobile menu option was enabled and it caused an error for both desktop and mobile versions. Don’t enable this option if your menu is not the One page menu.
Check your menu now.

3) I don’t see problem with the Categories tab for the EN version of the mobile menu https://gyazo.com/5b2a1abe4e47450883902a630a2ea935 Test it using real device or if you are not logged in because adminbar overlap the tabs.
