Hello,
We have added custom code to child theme to fix the issue with the mobile menu.
It looks that your installation does not work ok with the custom order if even the default Product categories widget does not work ok. We would recommend you to contact WooCommerce support about the widget display https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
