1) Follow the docs and update theme either using autoupdate or FTP method https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
2) If you get PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) error during the update read this topic and follow the instructions https://www.8theme.com/topic/item-purchase-code-is-not-working/
