Thanks for using our theme.
Do you use an additional plugin to add a gallery or variations? Try to disable that plugin and enable the Variation gallery option in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements. After that edit product and add the gallery images for your variations – https://prnt.sc/xhomle
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. It’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
