Hello,

Yes, use translation files for these purposes and change the translation of the description string of the WooCommerce plugin (Loco translate > Plugins > WooCommerce).

Or use WooCommerce snippet to rename tabs https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#section-2
