We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. It’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
As I can see, you did not provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can’t even check your settings. There is no ready solution that we can provide you right now, without access to the site.
Have you cleared the cache after the deactivation lazyload in Theme Options? Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?
