4) To update bundled plugins follow the documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update . Theme purchase code does not work for the bundled plugins.
5) If you use WPRoket Lazy loading for the images https://prnt.sc/10nd8g6 then don’t enable the built-in Lazy loading option (Theme Options > Speed optimization > Images loading type > choose Default).
6) You can’t use “shop” for the product category slug https://gyazo.com/74eff6bc562929ac7008af762f0ad373 It’s not related to the theme but to the WooCommerce plugin.
7) Translate XStore core plugin to translate size guide text. To translate wishlist and compare go to YITH > Wishlist > translate strings. Do the same for Compare.
