Hello,
Product categories do not have the option to use different sidebars, unfortunately. They inherit the shop page sidebar. But if your products do not have attributes Filter by these attributes won’t appear. For example like we have for the wedding demo:
Woman category has filter by size but does not show filter by color https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/product-category/woman/
But bouquets category has filter by color but does not show filter by size https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/product-category/bouquets/
