-Can you please deactivate all plugins that were not included with our theme
-If using a child theme, please use the default parent theme to see if that fixes it.
-Make sure to clear the plugin and browser cache after each step.

Please make the backup as a precaution before deactivating the plugin and if you still see the issue then please let us know.
