Please perform each item below to see if it fixes your issue, be sure to clear your browser cache and empty the plugin cache if you are using a cache plugin.

1-Deactivate all plugins that were not included with our theme
2-Remove all custom CSS and check any other customizations that have been performed
3-If using child theme, please use default parent theme to see if that fixes it.
4-Make sure to clear plugin and browser cache after each step.

In the case the issue is still present, please then provide us with your WP and FTP login information in a so we can check this out for you first hand.
