If everything works fine with previous version of plugin then you need to contact plugin author about this. They will take a look at issue. If they find that we also need to improve something from our side then just ask then to contact us 8themes@gmail.com and we’ll try to solve this issue in cooperation. We can’t fix it from our side only.
