Hello,
Enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder , create a static block with the desired content.
Theme Options > Footer > Foote layout > Footer Columns > 1
Go to Appearance > Widgets > delete content from Footer Copyrights, add the static block into the Footer area.
