Hello,
Do you use third-party plugin to add badges? I suppose it caused the issue.
Unfortunately, if you want to use this plugin you can’t use our custom carousel for the product images and need to switch to the default WooCommerce gallery.
Follow the steps described here https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/97-support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access and we’ll implement it for you.
