Thank you for using XStore.
We don’t guaranty compatibility with all plugins but we can check it. You should provide us as many details as you can for better and faster work on our side. Screenshots or videos are the best way to understand your side of incompatibles with ‘automate woo as cart recovery email’. Also if we won’t be able to fix it you can also contact with plugin’s author to ask for adding compatibility with XStore Built-in Email Builder.
So we are waiting for more details and temporary wp-admin + FTP access.
