Do you want to translate theme? Read this documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation and don’t forget to translate XStore theme and XStore core plugin. Also, don’t forget to Sync translations https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update
If it still does not work for you provide us with the WP Dashboard access and screenshots of elements that you can’t translate. We’ll help you.
