Hi I have moved the site to a new address, and updated user privileages.
This is happening when I try and update the theme.
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) :
I’ve already deactivated it, and reinstalled the version from Themeforest. I’ve cleared the cache, etc.
I’ve basically followed the advice given previously for this issue but it’s persisting.
Please Help.
The demo theme I’m trying to install is the Default.
