1) It looks like some glitch with the off-canvas option. We switched to the default sidebar, then switched back to off-canvas, saved settings and it appeared.
2) Check the footer icon now.
3) I don’t see problem with the stretch row http://prntscr.com/vp228e Maybe you forget to flush cache after your changes.
