1) I added the custom code to Theme Options > Custom CSS, cleared the plugin cache and button styles changed https://gyazo.com/489a52fac34f5229617710006b5ab6b1 2) Once I disabled the CDN option http://prntscr.com/vilj0q menu works. So, clear the CDN cache files.
