1) Breadcrumbs settings for whole the site you can find in Theme Options > Breacrumbs > choose the type you like. If you want to change breadcrumbs for the shop page only go to Pages > edit the Shop page > choose the breadcrumbs type in the Page Options http://prntscr.com/v8qvnz

3) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > change the number of products to 3. If you still have the issue with this provide us with WP Dashboard access and link to page with products, we’ll check it for you.
