Hello,

I suppose that you activated the theme not on the domain where you use it at this moment.
Go to XStore > Dashboard > deactivate and activate theme again. After that go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to refresh the status of your license. Try to update theme and XStore core plugin after that.
