We are theme support and we are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme, questions related to default WP or WooCommerce options are outside the scope of our support.
If you enable the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check the cart page you’ll see the same http://prntscr.com/un7i81 It means that issue is not related to our theme.
