Hello,
You have copied core theme files to child theme http://prntscr.com/u8ync3
It caused your error. Don’t copy files from the framework folder to child theme. If you want to change any unction from that files copy only function to child theme functions.php and do the changes you need, there is no need to copy file with all theme functions because it may cause the error.
I have renamed the folder and the fatal error disappeared. So, copy only function you changed to child theme.
