Hello,
Please follow this article to translate the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation You need to place translation files into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, and delete from other places to prevent a conflict.
This one will help with WooCommerce translation – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
Also, create translation for XStore Core plugin – Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
