Make sure that: 1) XStore core plugin is installed and activated 2) That your server meets the theme requirements https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
Provide us with WP Dashboard access if the server meets the theme requirements but you still have the mentioned problem.
