We tried to enable the default theme and activated plugins but still the same situation. I suppose your problem is not related to our theme but maybe to your server settings. Check the server error logs. What errors do you have there?
Unfortunately, we are able to help in case problem appears when our theme is activated. In case the plugin activation does not work even with the default WP theme then you need to contact your server admin to solve the problem.
