Try to add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

.et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper .menu > li:hover > a {
    background-color: #e8e8e8;
}
.et_column > .et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper .menu {
    min-height: 515px;
}
