Hello,
1) Go to WPbakery > Settings > Role manager > make sure that editor is enabled for the pages and static blocks.
2) Provide us with WP Dashboard access, please, to check the Customizer problem in more detail? Could you also provide us with the server error logs? It will help us to find the reason of the problem.
