Hello,
Plugin does not call theme header/footer by default as I understand no matter what theme you use default WP theme or XStore. If plugin author did not gave you code to change this and you need help with additional customization submit customization request here. We are sorry but our basic support does not include customization service especially if it’s not related to theme options but to third-party plugins that you use. Or contact plugin author and clarify what code you should use to implement that. We are able to help you only with issues caused by the parent theme.
