1) Checking the plugin documentation I see that this is how Dashboard of that plugin looks https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-frontend-manager/#nav-4 If you want to change something with Dashboard you need to contact plugin author, not our support.
2) We display the default WooCommece account menu. If you want to change it you may try to do this by additional customization, for example, https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/my-account-menu.html
