I suppose you can try to implement something similar using the Revolution slider. Enable loop, enable autoplay https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/module-general-settings/#slideshow , Carousel layout https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/carousel-settings/ and reduce the delay between slides to 0, also set transition you need.
