Follow our documentation to translate the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation This one will help you to translate WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ Do not forget about Core plugin – Loco translate > Plugins > Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating (you do not need to translate all plugin, just strings visible on frontend).
Make sure that translation files are up to date – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update If synchronization does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access to check.
