Hello,

We do respect our customers and always try to help as soon as we can. But we are limited by the client’s response and the client’s willingness to cooperate. Also, if you are a developer and work with clients I believe that you know how you feel yourself when the client blames you of things that are beyond your control and are not related to your product directly.

1) You put the dot at the end of the password and probably it caused the issue with the login because we copied full the pass with that dot. I tried without it and was able to log in.

2) There is a lot of cloud services that allow to upload the file and share the link without access to your server. We ask access just to speed us the process and fix the issue if it’s related to our theme. In your case it’s related to your server params than to our theme.
Checked your log and I suppose problem is related to SubstituteMaxLineLength.
You can also try to add those rules to your .htaccess file:

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

Let me know about results.

Also, I see that you installed all the bundled plugin and 2 page builders at the same time (WPBakery and Elementor). If you plan to use Elementor then there is no need to keep activated WPBakery page builder and Massive Addons for the WPBakery because two page builders may conflict. Every additional plugin uses additional resources of your server and slows down the site, so read about every plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins and keep activated only those you really plan to use and disable all the other plugins.

Regards
