Hello,
“Categories” you can change in Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Extra Tab Title.
“Cart” – Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > http://prntscr.com/s7sfc4
“My account” – Theme Options > Header builder > Account – My Account Text.
“Menu” – translate XStore Core plugin. Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
