1) Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI 2) Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check zoom then. 3) Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page builder > Gallery > select type of the gallery.
