We could help you only if issue is related strictly to our theme. What does this mean? If you use third-party plugin and some options of this plugin or default WooCommerce functions do not work as it should then you need to check the problem with the default theme (Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate default theme, Storefront for example) and check the mentioned issue. In case your problem disappears with the default theme but goes back once you enable XStore then we’ll be able to take a closer look and fix the problem. In case problem persists even when the default theme is enabled you need to contact plugin author because problem is caused by their files and we could do nothing because we are able to edit only out theme files.
