Hello,
1) Did you work with the WP menu before? Go to Appearance > Menus and choose the correct menu to edit. After that find the Blog page at the list of pages and add to your menu. Save menu http://prntscr.com/qhljsu
2) Provide us with the Dashboard access to your site.
