Hello,
1) We can’t guarantee the compatibility of our theme with all the existing plugin. Sometimes either theme or plugin should be customized.
2) Could you explain in more detail what exactly does not work? Provide as many details as you can to allow us to reproduce the issue by your description.
3) Have you checked if everything works as expected with the default WP theme like Storefront, for example?
4) Provide us with temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check if we could fix the problem directly in theme files or you should submit additional customization request.
