1) What type of permalinks do you use? Could you provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site? To check the problem in more detail.
2) Have you created translation files and translated theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Theme_Translation/Base_Theme_Translation.html ? Did you use Loco Translate or PoEdit?
