Hello,
This is new feature of the theme. If you don’t like it you can disable the toggle for the footer widgets in Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout > Footer Widgets Toggle On Mobile > off.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
