WPBakery Page Builder can’t be used to edit Short product descriptions, only here – http://prntscr.com/pwv1ab
Comment:- You can check by yourself, we are not using the bakery builder for the product short description, even we are not using for the product pages.
1) Do you have this problem when parent theme is activated?
Comment:- This problem is also happening with the parent theme also, you can try on our server by activating it.
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
Comment:- Yes, i tried this also, but still same problem.
