Hello,
You changed content-single-product.php file via child theme, so the Single product builder doesn’t work correctly right now. Compare your file with the file in parent theme and add to your child theme missing code, or provide us with temporary FTP access.
With your current settings in the builder upsells products should not be shown in the sidebar at all.
Option to show upsells products vertically will be added in one of the next theme updates.
